AirBoss Tyre Sealant

Our special tyre sealant for regular tyres never dries, is totally green which means it is bio-degradable and non-toxic. The sealant is fed into pneumatic tyres through the existing valve and revolves around the wheel until the tyre is penetrated. Instantly the sealant is at work by coating the inside of the tyre, forming a ‘clot’ to repair the puncture. It is perfectly safe to be washed out in case a larger puncture requires the tyre to be vulcanised.

AirBoss Cushioned One-Piece Tyre

This tyre is our affordable puncture proof tyre. The 16” version is available for skid steer and small JCB vehicles (such as the 1cx).

There is an 18” version, which is a larger option suitable for JCB 3x front wheels and other manufacturer’s equivalent machines.

We also offer a version of this tyre that supports the commonly used load hall machine. By using this you will benefit from a comfortable and cushioned ride for your machine or fleet. 

AirBoss Segmented Tyre

The segmented tyre has been used for many years on skid steer loaders and platform lift vehicles. These tyres were the only tyres able to help in the construction of the Channel Tunnel due to the extreme and hostile conditions. It is so impressive that it has since been sold around Europe and internationally.

With the AirBoss Segmented Tyres fitted you gain astonishing traction, minimal wear and tear and reduced fuel consumption, therefore lowering your carbon footprint.

You will also benefit from significantly improved control and handling of the vehicles.

This tyre eliminates tyres folding under themselves, a trait associated with pneumatic tyres. The juddering and unnecessary bouncing which occurs when turning on solid or foam filled tyres is also removed. AirBoss Super Single Segmented tyre

With all the same unique features of the AirBoss segmented tyre, the Super Single has a strengthened metal rim and a common attachment so it can be fitted on any model of wheeled excavator (rubber duck vehicle).

Whatever the conditions you work in, the AirBoss segmented tyres will not let you down. Punctures, downtime and expensive tyre disposal will become a distant memory; nothing can stop these tyres.
